Mindfulness holds the key to integrating every aspect of the human experience. Through cultivating present-moment awareness, we become more spacious and all-encompassing. We develop the capacity to see and hold all of our experiences, feelings, and emotions with kindness, compassion, and without judgment. Along with this developed capacity, our self-understanding through direct experience and self-reflection provides us with the unique opportunity to choose how we respond to ourselves, others, and our environment.
