I teach mindfulness and performance tools to individuals and teams who seek growth within leadership and/or professional teams.
We don't often realize that we are at the mercy of our conditioning, controlled and misled by habitual thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer serve us. By being victims to our unfortunate and confined conditioning, we are often restricted and limited in our professional growth. Shifting our professional focus from external to internal growth and development provides us with the opportunity to cultivate qualities that will leave us more capable and confident in our ability to meet every moment with clarity and ease.
By incorporating mindfulness into our lives, we discover that we have infinite resources available within, and through observation, inquiry, and practice, we learn how to access and utilize these resources in pursuit of professional and organizational goals. Having access to more authentically cultivated resources, we will be able to navigate our professional environments and pursuits with more ease, clarity, and confidence.
One-on-one sessions (online)
These sessions are designed to help leaders cultivate mindful leadership and people management qualities that will help cultivate a safe, supportive, and healthy working environment for employees to achieve outcome-specific goals. Leaders will learn to:
- Develop present-moment awareness
- Manage stress and anxiety under pressure
- Communicate mindfully and compassionately
- Become more inclusive, understanding and supportive
- Develop a trustworthy intuition
This program is specifically adapted and tailored for the corporate industry and management teams. This program will help teams and individuals understand their team dynamic and individual roles more clearly within the organization and team. Practicing and experiencing mindfulness within a team will raise the overall awareness within the team and assist with creating a more supportive and healthy environment.
