MBSR Group Sessions

MBSR Programs

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group programs run for 6 or 8 weeks and are focused on helping participants manage stress, anxiety, and emotions through a mindful approach.


Group programs run every couple of months and will be advertised below.
