You will develop a greater understanding of yourself and your skills, and you will uncover an unshakeable confidence in your ability as an athlete.
Often, what is lacking is not physical and technical skills, but rather the ability to utilize the skills that you already have. Mindfulness holds the key to unlocking your full potential and connecting you to a greater intelligence that is needed in your pursuit of athletic excellence.

This 8-week program is designed to enhance the performance of teams through introducing mindfulness practices and techniques to sports teams. This program will allow all team members to explore and experience mindfulness as individuals but within a team structure, ultimately leading to more unity and harmony within the team dynamic in the long run.
